The 2025 Sustainability Awards extends its entry period until midnight on 9 July 2025.

The 2025 Sustainability Awards, Australia’s most respected program celebrating leadership in sustainable architecture and design, has announced an extended entry period. Entrants now have until midnight on 9 July 2025 to finalise and submit their entries.

Now in its 19th year, the Sustainability Awards continue to recognise outstanding contributions to environmental innovation and social responsibility across the built environment. From transformative urban design to cutting-edge green materials, the awards honour those redefining sustainable practice in architecture, design, manufacturing, and construction.

The extension allows additional time for industry professionals to complete and submit their entries. Those who have already begun the submission process are encouraged to take advantage of the new deadline to ensure their projects are considered. For those who haven’t yet started, there’s still time to showcase work that sets new benchmarks in sustainable excellence.

This year’s program includes an expanded project eligibility period, welcoming entries for projects completed between 1 January 2024 and 30 June 2025, subject to the relevant category criteria.

Organised by Architecture & Design, the Awards are proudly supported by a network of respected partners whose commitment continues to elevate sustainability standards and inspire progress across the industry.
