Café Culture have a multitude of surprises up their sleeve at Brisbane Indesign, and they’ve given us a glimpse of what to expect.

’Sweetness and Light’ is the theme at Café Culture for Brisbane Indesign as the team transforms its converted church showroom into a blissful space for viewing its newest collections.

Saturday 26 May is when things really kick off. At 2pm designer Chris Hardy will take to the stage to present some of his pieces, distributed exclusively through Café Culture.

Chris’ inventive use of materials and approach to manufacturing processes have made him a designer to watch on the Australian scene, and Brisbane Indesign will be a great way to get to know the stories behind his work.

What’s more, the first 250 guests to the Café Culture showroom on the Saturday will receive a Powder ring designed by Chris Hardy, and there will be a pair of Optiko glasses given away on the day as well.

Add to this a creative installation for the Project in collaboration with QUT interior design students, champagne and mouth-watering morsels to get you through the day and lots of places to lounge around and relax, and you’ve got one must-see destination at Brisbane Indesign!
