Headed up by Sue Davies, former APAC director for Beeken Reeves’, Recruit Indesign is founded on a genuine understanding of the industry in which it recruits. This marks the natural and most recent evolution of the company’s suite of services dedicated to supporting the growth and prosperity of the Indo Pacific region’s design-led industries.
Working closely with creative businesses and individuals across diverse design disciplines such as architecture, interior design, place-making, UX/CX, and more, Recruit Indesign seeks to harness creative potential and foster robust relationships between candidates and clients. “Fostering a robust, innovative culture that empowers people to do their best work, together, has never been more critical to creativity and success,” says Raj.
Backed by Indesign Media’s long-standing and influential presence in the architecture and design communities of Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, and Indonesia, Recruit Indesign is uniquely positioned to set candidates and clients the path toward prolific futures. “We are expecting high levels of interest in moving talent around the Indo Pacific region,” says Sue, who will regularly be in Singapore for meetings and consultations.
Sue’s extensive experience as a leader in executive recruitment across the architecture, design and digital disciplines combines with Indesign Media Asia Pacific’s influential industry voice to seek out, identify, and connect the right people, with the right opportunities, in the right companies.

“The architecture and design fields have long been saturated with recruiters that claim to know the industry inside and out – but the truth is, they don’t. Recruit Indesign is here to disrupt that circumstance,” shares Sue. “Our recruitment practise is underpinned by our knowledge and understanding of the broader purpose, values, and vision that truly matter to our clients and candidates; when these are aligned, a studio is empowered to become greater than the sum of its parts.”
With a focus on finding the right cultural fit for candidates and clients alike, Recruit Indesign strives to build a prosperous future for the Indo Pacific region’s diverse design community by supporting the creative potential and career trajectories of those within it.
