Designing for improved workplace collaboration with Wilkhahn’s mobile Timetable Lift
Published

Wilkhahn’s latest innovation, Timetable Lift, redefines the potential of collaborative work spaces through thoughtful, people-centered design.
In the pursuit of more transparent ways of working and increased collaboration, many workplaces have taken down the walls of traditional, enclosed private offices and embraced open plan environments.
However an open plan environment itself is no guarantee of improved workplace interaction. Collaborative spaces require people-centered design to redefine the employee-workspace relationship and foster the face-to-face interactions that are a vital productivity driver for any business. Clever furnishing solutions that encourage engagement, creativity and interaction are paramount in helping people thrive within their surroundings.

Wilkhahn are a leader in designing products for progressive office environments and creating professional spaces that promote focus, collaboration, productivity and wellbeing. Timetable Lift is the latest expression of Wilkhahn’s thoughtful design approach. As the newest addition to the widely recognised Timetable range, this mobile table elevates the notion of flexible furniture by giving the users an opportunity to configure their work space in a way that suits them.

Timetable Lift’s ingenious design boosts creativity and promotes collaboration by virtue of a number of innovative features.
These multifaceted tables have flip tops which makes them simple to set-up and easy to stow away. They can be nested compactly into one another, opening up a space in a matter of seconds. The optional battery operation ensures complete freedom of movement independently from electricity sources, meaning they work great as individual design solutions or in combination with other office products.
The adjustable height feature provides further flexibility – the tables can be set to any desired height from 73 to 139 cm at the touch of a button, catering to the various postures and ergonomic needs of the modern workforce.

This mobile table solution is available in a range of colours and finishes ranging from laminates to traditional wood veneers – perfect to match the overall aesthetic of any space. An innovative dry-wipe laminate option means the table can also be used as a mobile whiteboard or projection screen simply by flipping the top and adjusting the height to taste.

Timetable Lift is a great choice for a variety of applications and can create entirely new opportunities for innovation and project spaces. Its versatility and transformability makes it ideal for agile workspaces, huddle rooms, seminar spaces and multipurpose meeting and presentation rooms.
While the superbly designed Timetable Lift keeps the individual’s needs at its heart, it makes collaboration easier than ever. It redefines the potential of any collaborative workspace by giving it a dynamic, agile and interactive dimension.
With Timetable Lift, any space can be turned into an innovative, creative and collaborative hub that celebrates productivity.
