Zumtobel announces the 2007 competition winners
The Light Capture photographic competition, held every two years by Zumtobel Lighting, attracted more entries than ever before this year, proving a hard task for the distinguished judges. The winner of the unique competition was announced at a special exhibition in Sydney with first place going to Vicki Vu from Phillips Smith Conwell in QLD for her alluring entry (pictured). The winner was presented with a travel prize valued at $1,500.
The competition allowed entrants from the architecture and design community from around Australia to get arty with disposable cameras. Instructions from Zumtobel were simply to capture the effect of light in a creative way. Submissions were judged on quality and innovation.
The runners up were Jenni Gillard from Australian Glow, QLD and Tony Jokela, from Donnelly Simpson Cleary, NSW.
