Working with the live k14 kitchen at Boffi in Singapore, Roberto Galetti of Garibaldi Italian Restaurant and Bar held lively cooking sessions on delicious themed menus in the lead up to the holidays.
December 13th, 2011
From October to mid December, the elegant Boffi showroom along Purvis Street in Singapore played host to a series of cooking sessions led by Roberto Galetti, the executive chef behind one of Singapore’s most recognised Italian restaurant establishments, Garibaldi Italian Restaurant and Bar.

Attendees got to witness the workings behind the award-winning restaurant and take in Chef Roberto’s manoeuvres in the kitchen as he prepared themed menus – including one centred on Christmas leading up to the holidays in December.

All the tasty dishes were whipped up on the live k14 kitchen, designed by Nobert Wangen.

The k14 maintains the continuity of the Nobert Wangen collection, retaining the modular units of the k11 kitchen whilst introducing new materials for the worktops and doors.

At the end of each class, participants at the Boffi showroom headed across the street for lunch at Garibaldi where they got to taste all the creations they had just seen!
