Harmoniously incorporated into the natural landscape of the coast of Hayman Island, the luxurious private residence was designed by Kerry Hill Architects.

The use of Screenwood’s customised linear timber screens maximizes the magnificent setting of the house, allowing views from every direction while at the same time maintaining privacy for its occupants. Screenwood dowelled timber screens will gradually weather over time, becoming a timeless silvery grey, further assimilating the structure to its coastal surroundings while remaining low maintenance.
