Architectural Louvres

Shade Factor’s architectural louvre range combines Rack Arm, Elliptical and Fixed louvre systems for external sun shading, façade screening and architectural expression. 

Rack Arm Louvres offer the greatest freedom of configuration. With the louvres positioned in front of the supporting arms and no perimeter frame, the system can accommodate irregular forms including circles, trapezoids and asymmetrical shapes. Pivoting slat clips allow a range of blade profiles to be specified, with the system suitable for horizontal, vertical and sloping applications. 

Elliptical Louvres provide a more substantial architectural profile, with extruded aluminium blades engineered for wide spans and high wind resistance. They can be used vertically or horizontally across façades and balconies, or as overhead sun shading within a supporting structure. 

Fixed Louvres provide a simple, durable solution for permanent external sun control and visual screening. Available in V50 and V80 Z-profile aluminium blades, they create a clean, consistent façade expression and are suited to larger-scale applications. 

Louvres can be powder coated or anodised to specification, with Rack Arm systems also available with roll-formed aluminium or Western Red Cedar blades.
