Following the high energy, design fuelled, connection-creating Sydney event in 2022, Saturday Indesign is set to take on Melbourne in 2023! That’s right – the design industry’s favourite event is heading south, coming to Melbourne on Saturday 2 September, 2023.
Since its inception, Saturday indesign has been about pairing up the best design showrooms with architects, designers and design lovers in a curated platform for genuine connections and lasting relationships.

The 2022 round-up for Saturday Indesign
In 2022 we saw some of the best local and international brands participate including Anterior XL, Caroma, Dedece, District, Flokk, Fred International, Herman Miller, Ignite Fireplace Studio, Interface, JANUS Et Cie, Kaolin, Koda Lighting, Krost, Laine Furnishings, Living Edge, Maker&Son, Molmic, Polytec, Real Flame, Savage Design, SeehoSu, Space Furniture, Special Lights, Squarebear, Steelcase, Stormtech, Stylecraft, Sussex Taps, Technogym, Thinkingworks, Wilkhahn, Winning Appliances.
Activating across Sydney, visitors had the chance to explore a full day of product launches, panel discussions, workshops and exclusive parties, getting around with the help of Saturday Indesign’s transport partner Neolith.

Saturday Indesign offsets its carbon
In 2022 the entire event also got a little bit greener thanks to inaugural Sustainability Partners Autex Acoustics and Interface, which contributed to carbon offsetting, sourcing event collateral with a lower environmental impact, and helping to build a conversation around event and design sustainability.
With Saturday Indesign 2023 already in the works, the challenge is on to continue to improve the environmental footprint of all design events!
