Christel Hadiwibawa is the founder of ChristelH, a Sydney based creative studio specialising in furniture, lighting, and conceptual design projects.

Inspired by travel and simple living, the studio works with materials and processes to weave craft with technology, arriving at design solutions that explore notions of form, texture, scale and gravity.

Predominantly using timber, metal, concrete and bamboo, ChristelH collaborates with local manufacturers, retailers and designers to offer products that complement the user and the spaces they occupy. Hadiwibawa is also the co-founder of The Tandem Project – an initiative promoting Australian designers and collaborative projects.
