JANIE COLLINS INTERIORS ‘MAD HATTERS’ PARTY
Published

Friday 13th June attracted over 130 of Brisbane’s Interior Designers to a quirky “Industry Party” staged by Janie Collins Interiors.
Themed as a “Mad Hatters” event featuring the Alice in Wonderland characters, the night was an opportunity to meet the designers of some of Australia’s most elegant and practical furniture and lighting.
Many of the newest designs were launched at the party, with Brisbane designers being privileged to gain a sneak preview of the trends for the future. The talented designers who participated flew from Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide included Anaca Studio, Anchor Ceramics, Anon & Co, Enoki, Feelgood Designs, LifespaceJourney, TIDE Design, Scope Furniture, Workshopped, Xilo and Yellow Diva.
Janie Collins, who is a passionate supporter of “Australian Designed” products was on hand as the Queen of Hearts to introduce the designers, draw the raffles for furniture pieces and make everyone welcome.
Champagne flowed, music pumped, hats were donned and happy chatter continued well into the night.
