A well-established favourite of the design community, Staron Solid Surfaces is composed of natural minerals derived from bauxite ore before being blended with an acrylic resin – the result is the design world’s most beloved surface material.

Being non-porous in nature, no stain can penetrate into the material, which makes not only for a durable surface, but one that’s easy to keep clean and maintain. When installing Staron Solid Surfaces, the material is joined with a special adhesive before being sanded back, creating long and wide continuing surfaces with no open joins. So aside from being used for curved, join-free benchtops or counters, the material can also be applied when designing kitchen sinks or vanity designs, free from dirt trapping joining points, leak risks, or crevices to clean.
These unique properties see Staron as a totally renewable surface, meaning that even after years of use it can be giving a sanding to be restored back to its original condition. All this comes in an environmentally sustainable material that is Greenguard and Greenguard Gold certified, with a 10 Year Warranty.
