With Staron’s iconic solid surfaces solution, curved surfaces are a step away. Able to be moulded and curved into any design or structure through thermoforming, this surface solution allows for three-dimensional designs to come to life. Virtually any sculptural shape or surface fit out can be formed with Staron.
Staron Solid Surfaces is manufactured from a safe natural mineral refined from bauxite and blended with pure acrylic resin. The smooth and curved surfaces are suitable not only for commercial projects, but for endless applications around the home including kitchens, bathrooms and laundries.

The malleable and unique creative design process for Staron can result in endless interesting design possibilities. Wall panels can be curved, benchtops can join inconspicuously around soft curves, and custom design vanities can be a feature with smooth rounded designs.
It’s not simply surfaces either – inspired curved bowls or vases are possible using this unique finish. The waves of your project can curve and twist into a concept that creates impact, while walls can gently or dramatically curve against retail counters that form interesting designs.

The flexibility of Staron extends to limitless edge profiles, drop down edges, splashbacks and tile coves. Selected Staron colours are also translucent and can be backlit to bring your design to life.
Not simply an aesthetic solution to the curved surface needs of any project, the non-porous nature of Staron also means it’s a material no stain can penetrate – providing a durable benchtop that is hygienic and easy to clean. Staron is also repairable and renewable – even after years of use it can simply be sanded back to its original splendour.
