What does your company supply?
Franke supply innovated products for today’s kitchens. Its range of products includes kitchen and laundry sinks in stainless steel and fragranite, sink accessories, taps and waste management products.
How did your company come about?
The Franke Company was founded in Switzerland in 1911 by Hermann Franke. Franke has become the world’s largest manufacturer of kitchen sinks. We are now recognized as a global leader in innovation, design and quality.
Where do you distribute?
The company operates offices in over 50 countries and manufacturing plants in over 20 countries.
Describe your customers.
As a wholesaler our direct customers are exclusive retailers. These retailers are selling our products to high-end consumers, architects, designers and builders. Our customers in general understand the importance of design and functionality in our products to fit today’s kitchen.
What sets your company apart?
Innovation, design and quality.
Who should we speak to when specifying?
Retailers with access to the Franke products, or us.
What are your client’s priorities at the moment?
Our retailers’ priority is that we are “a company easy to deal with”. We offer, for example, excellent customer service, excellent representation and excellent product quality. The end consumer priorities are quality, design and functionality.
What is good design to you?
Design involves finding the best solutions to enhance the user’s experience.
What does the future hold?
A more demanding market, a challenge Franke is fit to face, because we will never stop researching new “Kitchen Solutions”.
