Metropolines 1 by Clestra features an ultra-lightweight glass skin stretched between minimalist structures, yet boasts a high acoustic performance. A series of geometrically arranged textures – Trocadéro, Tuileries and St. Germain – are also specifically calculated to provide the necessary comfort and privacy needed in the workspace, whilst preserving the transmission of light.
The partition is simple in construction with fine lines and tracks that almost seem to disappear into the building. Double glazed panels are mounted onto thin extruded aluminium profiles. The junction between the glass is either frameless or joined by double-sided adhesive tape. A third option allows the use of glazing jointed in a thin aluminium frame.
In keeping with its minimalist and flexible character, Metropolines 1 also offers a simple but complete door and frame solution in full height steel, wood or glass. In the basic version, the doors are flush on the outside, but are also available flush on both sides.
Importantly, the basic composite panels can be installed quickly, or can be manufactured to enable specific integration with other elements such as back-painted glass whiteboards or for technical access management (wiring).
In addition, all types of materials and finishes can be incorporated, including steel, wood and glass, while the junction between solid panels are able to accommodate racks for the attachment of accessories, small furniture items or sound absorbers.
