Stylecraft presents the latest collections from Arper – a perfect balance between work and life, life and work.
Arper is in pursuit of the essential. The progressive Italian design house believes everything is in flux – life, culture, technology, and work, and that this requires a considered response. Design, of even the most basic and essential items, must continue to evolve and to respond. And for Arper, good design is a combination of technique, cost, material, function, use, taste and sustainability.
New amongst the Arper Work/Life collection, and available in Australia exclusively at Stylecraft, is the Steeve modular lounge system; the Parentesit acoustic wall module; Catifa Sensit office chair; Cross table; and Kinesit office chair. These pieces are ideal for a well-appointed living environment, as well as any sophisticated working environment – a perfect balance of work and life.

Steeve by Jean-Marie Massaud
Steeve’s three versatile components – bench, armchair and sofa, and relative modules, can be arranged to accommodate any interior space allowing for numerous configurations. The lounge was reimagined in 2016 with a new aluminium base powder coated in either black or white, which has worked to reinforce its minimal, modernist expression. Steeve is customisable with a wide range of fabrics, leathers and finishes.
Parentesit by Lievore Altherr Molina
This acoustic wall module is ideal for any contemporary shared working environment – providing comfort, quite and calm. Parentesit can provide a private space when you need it for collaboration or independent thinking and solitary work. The module reduces extraneous background noise, while creating a neat space for concentration.
Catifa Sensit by Lievore Altherr Molina
This office chair offers sublime comfort and timeless style, without the bulk of visible technology. An integrated mechanism in the back of the chair synchronises movement, allowing the chair to seamlessly incline, relieving pressure on the lower back and offering full ergonomic support. Catifa Sensit is available in three backrest heights, and in either chair or lounge version.
Cross by Fattorini+Rizzini+Partners
Cross can be for work, for home, or for creativity. Versatile, open and generous, the Cross table would suit the boardroom as well as dining space, or as a communal workstation in a collaborative work environment. A central outlet for quick and easy plug in and plug out can accommodate the ever changing needs of the dynamic, contemporary office.
Kinesit by Lievore Altherr Molina
Featuring a light, minimal design, Kinesit’s seat and back are fully adjustable, allowing it to conform to any body type for optimal comfort, even during strenuous or time consuming projects. The chair is customisable with a range of fabrics and leathers, and is available in three seatback heights and a range of bases, and with or without arm rests.
