The collection features the Series 8 Glass Draft downdraft hood, which offers efficient ventilation for your cooking space. Positioned behind the cooktop, it captures steam and odours while keeping sightlines unobstructed. When not in use, it retracts into the work surface, maintaining a tidy appearance.
With Guided Air Technology and a PerfectAir sensor feature that automatically adjusts extraction levels, the hood responds to cooking intensity in real time. The result is quieter cooking with efficient odour extraction, supported by the EcoSilence Inverter Motor and Double Boost mode.
Pairing seamlessly with the downdraft hood, the Series 8 Flex induction cooktop offers flexibility and precision for everyday cooking. FlexInduction zones let multiple pots and pans be placed freely across the flexible cooking areas, automatically adjusting to cookware size and position so you can move naturally between tasks without changing settings.
The DirectSelect Premium feature keeps controls clear and easy to use, so you can quickly adjust cooking zones and power levels as you move between tasks. Move Mode divides the cooking zone into preset heat levels so dishes can move naturally from boiling to simmering simply by shifting the pot across the hob. The PerfectFry sensor helps maintain consistent heat to prevent scorching, while the Glass Protect Surface coating helps maintain the cooktop’s pristine appearance with improved scratch resistance.
Supporting everything from quick weekday meals to regular home cooking, the Series 8 built-in oven with steam function brings together intuitive controls and intelligent assistance in a way that feels friendly to use. Replacing traditional oven knobs, the Digital Control Ring works together with a full-surface TFT touchscreen to let you adjust settings directly on the display with a simple swipe of your finger, supported by clear on-screen guidance as you cook.
The Steam Function Plus offers gentler preparation that helps retain nutrients while reducing cooking time, making it ideal for lighter cooking styles. Food Recognition can automatically identify specific dishes and recommend appropriate programs, while Assist Plus suggests optimal settings when a dish is entered manually, helping deliver more consistent results with less guesswork. PerfectBake Plus and PerfectRoast Plus then act as built-in cooking assistants, automatically monitoring how dishes bake, roast, or steam and notifying you when they are ready to be taken out, ensuring reliable results.
An integrated oven camera lets you view your dishes through the Home Connect app without opening the oven door. This enables you to easily monitor progress from your phone while cooking.
