The uniquely modern Skye by Crown in North Sydney was named winner of the Development Marketing category award in recognition of a hugely successful campaign surrounding the project’s launch in 2013.
Crown Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Paul Sathio accepted the awards alongside Development Director Tim Campbell and General Manager of Marketing and Communications Kirsty Bradley.
Crown Group competed against the industry’s best across the Asia-Pacific region to win each award.

The $236 million Skye by Crown comprised 242-apartments over 20 storeys boasting a top floor gym and infinity-edged rooftop pool. Designed by Japanese-Australian architect Koichi Takada Skye by Crown’s strategic marketing campaign paved the way for the company’s most successful launch to date.
