xLocker2 – Design Options

Planex xLocker2’s adaptable design breathes freshness into project possibilities giving designers a practical set of tools to create unique outcomes for end-users with a range of design options. Using a clever convergence of form and function, xLocker2’s modularity generates opportunities for space planning with low-height models creating multifunction storage pods and high height units creating space dividers. These function as agile lockers, team storage or just form an archipelago of visual diversity in an open-plan office.

In this example, the lacquered raw-steel lockers and matching planter boxes layered with glistening black granite pebbles topped with verdant foliage creates a great visual effect. This extensive combination of options allows the designer to explore functionality and natural textures while still maintaining an effective use of limited available space. xlockers2 are available in over 150 different colours and textured powder coat finishes.  As an option, doors may be perforated with standard or custom patterns.

Like all Planex products, xLocker2 is locally made in Melbourne, Australia using locally sourced materials. Planex production facility is ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certified, and is fitted with a 100 kWh roof-mounted solar array providing up to 25% electricity needs.
