Created by Materialised’s in-house team of designers, ‘A Picnic In Provence’ comprises of prints designed to deliver easy-to-use styles that cater to a broad audience. All are printed on-demand in Sydney, onto a wide selection of flame retardant furnishing textiles, roller blinds and commercial wall covering.

“Our journey began with extensive research into vintage ‘Les Indiennes’ prints,” explains Chloe Evans, Head of Design. “Seeking to understand the historical context, we reinterpreted traditional floral motifs while infusing Australian inspirations. Hand-drawn sketches preserved the authenticity of designs and were scanned to transform into seamless patterns, allowing us to tailor the colours to our liking.”
