Indesign Media Asia Pacific (IMAP), a leading provider of digital marketing solutions, awards, and print mastheads specializing in design, architecture, and luxury media categories, has announced the acquisition of Character PR, a renowned social media marketing and content creation agency.
This strategic move comes on the eve of Character PR’s tenth year in operation and marks a significant milestone for both companies.
Character PR, now rebranded as Character Digital, has built a strong reputation over the past decade, servicing prestigious clients such as Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Suntory Global Spirits (previously Beam Suntory), and Spotify AUNZ among others. The acquisition by IMAP ensures continuity for these clients while offering expanded services and capabilities.

“We are thrilled to welcome Character Digital to the IMAP family,” said Raj Nandan, CEO of Indesign Media Asia Pacific. “This acquisition strengthens our position in the design, architecture and luxury media categories, and enables us to deliver even greater value to our clients through digital communication and strategy.”
Character Digital’s Founder and CEO, Keith Scriven, expressed enthusiasm about the opportunities ahead: “As Character Digital, we are committed to innovation and excellence in digital marketing. Joining forces with IMAP allows us to enhance our offerings and continue to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
“Character Digital crafts captivating narratives that redefine how high-end brands connect with their audience. We’re the bridge between visionary creativity and cutting-edge tech, weaving immersive experiences that leave a lasting impression.”
The acquisition of Character Digital expands Indesign Media Asia Pacific’s presence in key markets, including Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore. This strategic expansion underscores the company’s commitment to providing cutting-edge digital solutions across the Asia Pacific region.
