The luxe life at The Landmark
Published

Created by New Hope Group & VMIG, The Landmark in Sydney is home to impeccable design and unparalleled amenities, making this multi-residential development a coveted destination for luxury living.
Strategically located at St Leonards, Northern Sydney, The Landmark by New Hope Group & VIMG, is being touted as the gold standard in luxury and elegant living. The fluid multi-residential structure feels characteristically Sydney thanks to a design that borrows heavily from local natural elements. Interestingly, stage two of the project is all set for release to the public, later in June.

The most impressive features of The Landmark’s architecture are its award-winning signature waves and shifting angles. Designed by A+ Design Group in collaboration with Warren & Mahoney, the building’s imposing form was initially inspired by Sydney’s iconic waterways and the changing reflections of the city and sky. The undulating façade responds to the city’s native landscape, while also integrating seamlessly with the living spaces of each apartment.

Standing tall at 138 metres, The Landmark is made up of a unique mix of 429 studio, one-two-and-three-bedroom apartments as well as Sky Homes across 43 levels. The apartment interiors feel open and airy with elements of Georgian history and local nature deftly woven in.
Intelligently-designed floor-to-ceiling views lend expansiveness, while the apartment’s clean and modern lines ensure seamless connectivity between different areas of the home. Bedrooms feature sleek storage, mood lighting and plush carpeting to create a sense of being enveloped in luxury and tranquillity. All the apartment balconies have been built to capture the best possible views of the harbour.

The Sky Homes appear lavish, richly designed with every room opening up to jaw-dropping views of Sydney’s iconic harbour, or across the North Shore to Middle Harbour.
The design also integrates with modern, state-of-the-art appliances, elevating the overall luxe quotient of each residence. For instance, Zip Hydrotaps have been installed in the apartments’ custom-designed Boffi kitchens.
Speaking about why ZipWater was specified for the project, Alex Lim, Head of Development, New Hope Group adds, “Since early 2018, and during all our collaborations with Boffi, their feedback for Zip Hydrotap was very positive. Also, in our view, it was the perfect match for the kitchen, providing a combination of style, quality and convenience. The idea of instant filtered, and sparkling water was to minimise the need to purchase or cart around heavy water bottles.”
The kitchen also features other premium appliances by Gaggenau, Miele and Sub-Zero.

With an array of exceptional 5-star resort-style services and amenities, The Landmark is all set to redefine luxury living in Sydney. It’s no wonder that the multi-residential development was also awarded Gold for the Best Proposed Architecture at the recently-concluded Sydney Design Awards.
The Landmark will reach completion by the last quarter of 2021. Stay tuned.
