Madrid is playing host to the 3rd Professional Lighting Design Convention.
The Professional Lighting Design Convention (PLDC) 2011 takes place in Madrid from 19 to 22 October, 2011.
Drawing in designers, architects, artists, manufacturers, city representatives, academics and young professionals from around the world, the conference in the Spanish capital runs over three days.
With a focus on four areas – Lighting Application Case Studies, Exterior Lighting Solutions, Lighting Application Research and Professional Practical Issues – 65 papers will be presented by a range of internationally-renowned guests and lighting professionals.
Also part of this year’s convention is a manufacturers’ exhibition, a Gala awards dinner, a mini-conference for those under 30 and a designers’ evening.
