What Leadership and Diversity means to NAWIC Award Winners.

Successful Leadership and Diversity defines an organisation and our work environment. Join  NAWIC and three of our 2013 Award Winners in an  interactive panel discussion on being successful.  Our panel will discuss their challenges, triumphs,  achievements and their top tips on being successful  in our diverse industry. Our panelists include:

Sandra Triulzi has had over 25 years working in the  areas of diversity management and transformational change. Her achievements include establishing  Australia’s first work-based childcare centre, board  and advisory positions with Women Chiefs of  Enterprises, International, NSW Anti Discrimination Board, KU Children’s Services and the Defence  Advisory Board. She was the founding President of  the NSW EEO Practitioners Association.

Elena Potenza has over 25 years experience in the  construction and property industry. She is currently Executive General Manager, Strategy and Business  Development in the Infrastructure Sector for Lend  Lease. Elena currently holds Board appointments  on NSW Government – Advisory Council (Women’s  Economic Opportunity), Italian Chamber of  Commerce and Industry (ICCI); and is a Fellow of  both the Australia Institute of Building (AIB) and the  Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors (RICS).

Julia Cain is Stockland’s youngest Project Manager  and is involved in large scale re-development work such as Wetherill Park Shopping Centre. Julia is  also active in the industry, she has tutored in Design  and Construct at UTS, and participated in a disaster  relief project in the Solomon Islands.
