Gale will share her insights and experiences of building her own personal brand whilst at the same time working to shape Steelcase’s global reputation. Gale will discuss how the basic principles of these are thesame, along with her passion for 360 magazine and how that facilitates bringing the Steelcase brand to life.

Gale Moutrey is Vice President of Global Brand Communications, and has been with Steelcase for 30 years. She has held a variety of marketing positions throughout that time. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto and currently lives in Toronto. Gale is a passionate advocate for the idea that organisations can become more resilient and actually amplify their performance by being intentional about the places where they bring people to work. Gale and her team collaborate with leading organisations to help them rethink the strategic role of their physical environments.
