LAUNCH PAD 2015 FINALISTS ANNOUNCED!

Launchpad 2015 has commenced with the exciting announcement of our 12 emerging Australian design finalists.
These finalists have been chosen from over 100 entrants, as part of Indesign’s career-launching prototype to production competition. Their work will be shown at the Launch Pad finalists’ exhibition at Sydney Indesign, 13 – 15 August. Finalists will enjoy unrivalled industry exposure thanks to the over 9,000 industry professionals that frequent SID each year.

“Being part of the Launch Pad Finalists Exhibition gives exposure to a cross- section of architects, designers and buyers that is otherwise difficult to reach,” said Launch Pad Judge, Aidan Mawhinney. Mawhinney is Director of Living Edge, the Founding Sponsor of Launch Pad.

“As a way to get your work in front of literally tens of thousands of people, it’s difficult to think of an opportunity to equal it,” Mawhinney said. “Like in any industry, developing a network of contacts is important for young designers, so having immediate access to industry advisers brings real benefits.”
