Jamfactory and Koskela Team up for Craft and Design

Throughout November and December 2016, Sydney will see a pop-up store showcasing Koskela and JamFactory’s furniture, designerware and homewares.
Koskela’s Rosebery showroom will play host to JamFactory’s first ever Sydney pop-up store – presenting a curated range of beautifully designed homewares produced in Adelaide by a range of skilled artisans in ceramics, glass, timber and metal. These ranges will be presented alongside a curated collection of furniture by 20 independent artists and designers.
Koskela was founded by Russel Koskela & Sasha Titchkosky in 2000, and has always existed as an innovative and inspiring furniture, design and lifestyle brand. Committed to exceptional design and manufacturing in Australia, the Koskela in Rosebery has sold the brand’s own furniture as well as a range of sustainable and Australian made homewares, furniture, garden, and Art, and will see JamFactory’s collections throughout November and December.
Brian Parkes, JamFactory’s CEO, says “we’re planning to increase our presence in Sydney over the next few years and it is fantastic to be working with Koskela as they really understand our values and what we’re all about.”
The pop-up features finely crafted, hand-made products such as glassware by Brenden Scott French, Kristel Britcher, Clare Belfrage and Andrew Baldwin, ceramics by Susan Frost, Damon Moon and Jane Burbidge and jewellery by Alice Potter, Regine Schwarzer and Julie Blyfield.
Also featured is the recently launched JamFactory furniture and lighting collection, which includes pieces by celebrated designers Jon Goulder, Adam Goodrum, Henry Wilson and Daniel Emma – all previous winners of the Bombay Sapphire Design Discovery Award.
