Get Real – Don’t be Fake
Published

The Snap Collective, with Design Institute of Australia, will be presenting a panel discussion on replica design and its impact on the Australian design industry.
Lead by design consultant and curator Ann-Maree Sargeant, the panel sees designers David Trubridge and Sarah Gibson joined by retailer Anthony Collins and intellectual property professional Chris Round to discuss this vitally important issue for Australian design.
Is the proliferation of replica furniture killing local creativity and manufacturing – and what can be done about it? For discussion around this and more, don’t miss the event at Stylecraft on June 2.
