This year was the busiest Friday we’ve seen so far and it was great to see so many out and about
Savvy exhibitors and visitors have recognised that the day before the big event is the perfect opportunity to dedicate some time and energy into existing relationships.

Woven Image
Unlike Saturday, which is more about the rush and discovering new companies and products, Friday encourages more time spent in fewer showrooms and a deeper level of communication.

Thonet
Targeted activities included preview lunch events (Insitu, Herman Miller), presentations (Earp Bros, Reece), and a chance to meet some international guests (DAL+ Brands) and take a bit of time to familiarise yourself with new collections (Cosh Living, Tait).

Interface
The predicted thunderstorms and hail didn’t make an appearance and it was just as well. A host of events livened up the evening, including preview drinks (ECF, Signature Floorconcepts, Woven Image, Thonet, Interface), the 1920s themed Mobius launch at Zenith and the opening of the MAKE it precinct (How We Create/Palamont) and The Whiskey Den (Great Dane). And the brave continued on to JSB’s party, complete with dj and podium dancers (with costume changes!).

Great Dane
While there were more than a few sore heads on Saturday morning, it was wonderful to see the level of engagement during Friday.
Thanks for being a part of it.
