For the third time in five years, the illustrious EVOLVE Awards championed by Designer Rugs returns in 2015… and it’s going to be BIG.

For those of you not in the know, EVOLVE is a design competition open to eligible working architects, interior designers or interior decorators.
Designer Rugs are proud to announce their third EVOLVE Awards where the eight winning entries will form part of Designer Rugs ID COLLECTION 2015/2016, and will be in the running for a whopping $20,000 in prizes, including a trip to the Salone Del Mobile, Milan 2016.
Entrants are invited to submit a maximum of three (3) designs intended for a 200x300cm or 250xm diameter rug. The designs should be innovative, inspiring and original, suitable for residential and commercial interiors.
This year’s awards program also welcoms a panel of industry heavy-hitters to the judging panel, including: Eli and Yosi Tal (Designer Rugs), Gavin Harris (futurespace) and Raj Nandan from Indesign Media – with two more to be announced!
Designer Rugs is acknowledged as one of the best Australian companies for handmade, custom-designed rugs. Working closely with Australia’s top designers, architects and artists, as well as collaborating with leading creative including Akira Isogawa, Dinosaur Designs, Catherine Martin and indigenous artist Minnie Pwerle, Designer Rugs remains at the forefront of floor surface design.
