Point of Purchase Advertising International (POPAI) has announced its 4th ‘Futures So Bright Green Sustainability Conference’, to be held in Melbourne on June 18 2010.

The conference’s theme – Sustainability at Retail – will explore the way in which sustainability can drive growth and efficiency in the retail environment, from store-front through to supply chain.

Featuring 10 global experts from world leading brands, the conference’s keynote speakers include John J. Carde, Retail Director of Bank of America, and Elizabeth Dows, a Planning and Fixture Design Manager and Ben Wheaton of Green for Retail.

John J. Carde will discuss how Bank of America has implemented green building practices into its retail banking centres as part of a US$20 billion environmental commitment.

The Director of Australian consultancy Green for Retail, Ben Wheaton, will address the issue ‘Where to from here?’ exploring how to develop a roadmap for taking sustainability forward within an organization.

Full-price registration cost is $295 and can be purchased online.
