The International Furniture Fair Singapore (IFFS) returns from 9 to 12 March with a host of programmes and initiatives spread out across 70,000 sqm of exhibition space at the Singapore Expo.
Here’s what you should know…
IFFS will be held again in conjunction with the ASEAN Furniture Show, Deco Asia and The Hospitality Show from halls 2 to 8. This year, The Hospitality Show will also include a Green Pavilion covering trends in sustainable design, products and furniture manufacturers.
Every year, some of the biggest crowd pullers include D’Space (a curated space for innovative design) and Platform (a showcase of prototypes by up-and-coming local designers).
A “Hospitality.Design.Furniture CONVERGE Asia” conference will be premiering at IFFS, with close to 30 international speakers made up of hoteliers, architects, interior designers and buyers.
A new fringe event called “Singaplural” will also take visitors out of the Expo halls to satellite exhibitions located at *SCAPE, Park Mall and Plaza Singapura. Look out for design installations along the way.
