Central to the hubbub of Canberra while simultaneously offering the respite of nature – the Northshore Kingston development by Pavilion Group also wins with the inclusion of Bosch’s Series 8 collection.

Surrounded by beautiful scenery, the Kingston Foreshore precinct has been evolving over many years to become one of the most desirable places to live in Canberra. It has become a hub where residents can immerse themselves in a holistic experience of life, art and nature. The location brings together the natural allure of Lake Burley Griffin and the protected Jerrabomberra Creek and Wetlands, with nearby dining establishments, the Old Bus Depot Markets, the Canberra Glassworks and the heritage-listed Kingston Powerhouse, offering something for everyone.
Often decisions must be made as to whether you would prefer to live close to a natural landscape like a waterfront, or closer to a bustling hub of activity and nightlife with local cafés, restaurants and bars. Pavilion Group, the developers of the new Northshore development in Kingston, had the vision of combining the best of both worlds and creating residences that enjoy parkland and water views while being just a few minutes walk from the café and restaurant precinct. The beauty of the location of Northshore is that it enjoys all the benefits of the Kingston Foreshore whilst still being just far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and private lifestyle.
Pavilion Group appointed Kasparek Architects to design a high-quality project that incorporated resort-style living and long-term capital appreciation. Boris Planinac, Pavilion Group Developer says, “Our team has spent countless hours designing and perfecting practical plans and building features which most other developments in the area do not have.” The aim of Northshore was to deliver a unique quality place where people will love to live and call home. One of the highlights of the development is the foreshores first and currently only indoor heated pool – a residents-only 15m pool designed with a soft curved form and waterfall infinity edge. The open-air skylights above the pool can be opened to the sun on those days when the weather is worth letting in or closed off during the cooler months.
The Northshore façade is simple, elegant and truly modern. At first glance, the building appears understated and timeless, while a closer inspection reveals an incredibly complex and detailed design full of innovative technologies and unique features that combine to deliver a spectrum of beautiful apartments and a living experience of the highest quality.
The interiors of the Northshore apartments have all been carefully fashioned to deliver a higher standard of living than what was previously on offer on the Kingston Foreshore. Each apartment is fitted out with premium quality finishes, right through to all the fittings, fixtures and appliances. The neutral tones of the interior colour palette are modern and sophisticated. The choice of materials also creates the ideal platform for residents to add their own personality and style through their furnishings. The kitchens feature stunning 40mm stone benchtops, soft close doors and draws along with integrated fridges and dishwashers. When selecting the brands to partner with, Bosch Home Appliances weas specified for the kitchens and laundries. Planinac explains, “The developers are long term fans of Bosch quality and the new Series 8 ovens are the latest technology generation of cooking appliances and are easy to use.” All of the Northshore apartments feature a Bosch Series 8 oven and induction cooktop, along with integrated rangehood and dishwasher.
The Series 8 range of appliances from Bosch has been designed to make time spent in the kitchen as enjoyable as possible. The combination of cutting-edge technology, timeless design and remarkable ease of use delivers consistently perfect results while doing a lot of the work for you. With special cooking programs and sensor-controlled functions, the Bosch Series 8 ovens allow you to achieve the best cooking results with minimum effort.
Kitchens have long been recognised as a central hub of social interaction in a home, and the kitchens in Northshore are no exception. With the stunning apartment layouts and premium Bosch appliances, the kitchen and dining space becomes a place where friends and family come together to spend quality time together over a great meal, reconnecting and forming bonds to last a lifetime.
Kingston Foreshore is a beautiful place to live, not just because of the picturesque surrounds, but the fusion of the natural landscape with lively entertainment, dining, shopping and of course the extraordinary residential development of Northshore, making it somewhere you would be happy to call home.
