Introducing Move On, On Point and Carry On – a furniture trio designed by the Stockholm based architect and designer Mattias Stenberg.
The Move On and Carry On stools and the On Point table are based on the idea of the informal meeting. With the design’s very obvious handles, the stools encourage mobility and spontaneous meetings. The table is designed to allow full contact with up to eight people around it. But it’s also perfect for more private and intimate gatherings among a few individuals.
Move On is a stool that allows you to relax and lean forward over a table – bringing your colleagues closer together, figuratively and literally. Made of recyclable aluminium, the stool is available in two different heights, and its lightweight, durable design makes it easy to assemble and disassemble the seat frame.
Carry On is a soft, low stool available in a range of colours, featuring its namesake carry handle. Working perfectly on its own, or as an ideal complement to the On Point table, Carry On offers the possibility to sit down in an environment where you might not usually sit.
Not only is the stool itself physically flexible, the design of the product immediately conveys to the user how it should be used by the handle on top.
On Point is a table designed to bring a bit of greenery wherever it goes. With room for integrated plants and trees, On Point is a part of Offecct’s O2asis-concept of integrating vegetation into furniture pieces to improve wellbeing and air quality.
With the trees or plants creating a sort of mini-canopy roof over the table, those sitting beneath will feel pleasantly enwrapped and comforted. The table is available in three different heights where each height corresponds greatly with the Carry On or Move On stools.
