AWM, already known as one of Australia’s leading corporate furniture brands, has recently been expanding its presence across some of the biggest names in the industry.
November 1st, 2016
AWM has been working with some of the more iconic names in modern design and technology to bring top quality workspace fit-outs across a variety of sectors. From commercial and creative shared spaces through to government and health, why shouldn’t everyone have the best possible working environment. Some of these companies you will use to search for anything you want to know, some you will book a ride with and others you will use to organise your travel… you know the ones, just Google it to find Uber and Expedia. For AWM, 2016 has been quite the exciting time.
A family of passionate, dynamic and innovative thinkers, AWM has long been known for the custom fit out of top designed workstations and joinery. Going forward, the company is exploring new ways to best develop solutions to a plethora of problems in the modern workspace.
Seeing the growing need for health and wellbeing, AWM were one of the first in Australia to introduce a range of pneumatic operable and height adjustable workstations, at the 2013 Sydney Indesign. Since then, the brand design team has been hard at work further developing a range of sit-to-stand solutions, resulting in the Alto and the Piccolo.
The design of these came from actively teaming with a number of organisations to help to more than just create the standard workspace environment; rather, the brand aimed to shape the workspace as an area that allows for creativity, productivity and innovation, and importantly, a place that attracts and retains the best talent. No two people are the same, and no two workspaces should be either, that’s why AWM is renowned in the Australian design sector for its office solutions.
