The next generation of Zip HydroTap has arrived – safer, cleaner and more efficient than ever.
October 22nd, 2013
The G4 represents the fourth generation of Zip HydroTap designs since Zip took the concept of boiling and chilled filtered water taps to the world in the 1990s.
The new Zip G4 technology is estimated to cut standby operating power costs by as much as 58% when compared to other systems of similar delivery performance, a real benefit for designers and managers concerned with sustainability issues.
The G4 represents a departure from the past, with a sculptured mirror-chrome tap shank and illuminated red “boiling water” lever, illuminated blue “chilled water” lever, and an illuminated red “safety” button which is pressed at the same time as the red lever for access to boiling water.
Zip HydroTap filtration has been upgraded to 0.2 micron, giving better-tasting, crystal-clear chilled drinking water and boiling water for a healthier lifestyle. The Zip HydroTap G4 Series caters for kitchens needing boiling and chilled filtered water, boiling and ambient filtered water, boiling water only, or chilled water only, in various capacities catering for large and small office kitchens.
