Finding the right lighting professional for your project can be as daunting as finding your soul mate…
To ease the path, the IES:The Lighting Society is bringing you a unique event – Designer Match where our MC Jon Von Goes – comedian and celebrant – will lead our VIP Melbourne Designer Guests on their quest to find their perfect designer match from IES members from the lighting design and luminaire supply industries.
For those old enough to remember – think 1980’s TV show perfect match, and you’re halfway there!
Sponsored by ECC, Manpower and Eagle Lighting, this once in a life time lighting event will be held at Federation Square – BMW Edge starting with champagne on arrival at 6pm, Tuesday 21st June.
VIPs will ask questions of their contestants on 3 major Melbourne projects – The Southern Star Observation Wheel in Docklands, the upgrade of the public toilets in Collins St and the future of the Light in Winter Festival at Federation Square.
Each VIP will then select their Designer Match from the panel, potentially winning a fantastic prize!
Following Designer Match we will take the opportunity to have a tour around this year’s Light in Winter Festival – so dress warm!
