On Friday 27 January, NAWIC NSW hosted a sold-out breakfast and guided tour of the highly anticipated Picasso exhibition at the Art Gallery of NSW. Guests enjoyed a private tour of the exhibition which featured over 150 key paintings, sculptures, prints and drawings created by Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) and from the artist's personal collection - works he was determined to never relinquish.

Ultimo Interiors hosted their annual launch event on Friday 25 November at their Osborne Park showroom, giving guests a glimpse at their latest arrivals. The latest designs from Hülsta, Rolf Benz, Varaschin and Ultimo newcomers Sartori Rugs, FLAI and Royal Botania were just some of the new items on show. An origami crane chandelier was contributed to by guests on the night, in honour of the launch of CO2 Designs' new Origami Sofa.
The Queensland University of Technology (QUT)'s 2011 Interior Design graduate exhibition explored the idea of 'futurism', taking inspiration from past movements as well as providing inspiration to movements in the future. The exhibition opening night on 17 November at Lightspace in Fortitude Valley drew a crowd eager to see what these talented grads had to offer.

Gaggenau held the first-ever White Truffle Hunt in Singapore, and possibly the world, on Thursday 27 October.
