Living Edge are no longer on the edge, with the announcement that U.S manufacturer Herman Miller have purchased the business and certain assets of the Australian company.

The purchase of Living Edge will form a key part of a new national distribution network for one of the world’s largest furniture companies.

Living Edge had been one of Herman Miller’s dealers over the past few years, until the receivers moved in 2 weeks ago.

Herman Miller, who design and manufacture some of the world’s most iconic and well-recognised furniture – from Charles and Ray Eames to George Nelson through to Bill Stump –
announced today that they have stepped in to secure a future for the business and prepare it for independence.
