The outgoing National President of the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects, Neil Hobbs, has penned a powerful polemic aimed at the Institute’s “frustrating” board.
October 4th, 2013
Taking time to outline a decade of achievements, Neil Hobbs, who at the next AGM will become Immediate Past President of the Institute, has this week also vented his “frustrations” with internal quarrels that have “prevented the CEO from carrying out his duties”.
Likening local upset to the UK Landscape Institute President’s recent resignation (also citing lack of support), Hobbs draws parallels between the board’s perceived poor conduct and the contravention of Fair Work Australia’s workplace bullying Act of 2009.
