DQ kicks off a new video series with a behind-the-scenes look at the Repair Workshops, held earlier this year as part of State of Design.
November 9th, 2011
DQ is proud to present the very first instalment in its new video series, taking stories off the page and bringing them to life through interactive media.
For this project they’ve teamed up with a very special sponsor, Australian Workstation Manufacturers, and talented director and filmmaker Lisa Kappel.
The Repair Workshops is a really inspiring project, dealing with the implications of waste and refuse, and how this can be addressed through simple ingenuity and curiosity.
It was held in Australia for the first time, at Donkey Wheel House in Melbourne earlier this year. You might have read about it on Indesignlive here and here. This video takes us behind the scenes at the workshops, speaking to the amazing creatives involved in the project and showing some of their amazing creations!
Stay tuned for more video instalments from DQ.
