Agrilink’s Aussie designed water regulators take to the Globe
November 14th, 2007
Designed by Tiller +Tiller in Sydney, Agrilink’s AquaSpy™ probe and AquaBlu® smart soil water regulators, are both gaining serious attention around the globe in this imminent worldwide water crisis.
These cost effective, soil moisture assessment technologies were launched over a year ago, but are becoming more and more relevant as the global crisis worsens.
The AquaSpy™ is a multi-probe system, ideal for commercial, government and residential applications – and the AquaBlu® is a single probe system, specially designed for domestic application, ensuring that watering to a pre-defined level occurs. A test case for the success of the AquaBlu® is a house in Adelaide where savings of 30% in water has been achieved over the past 12 months.
The technology is being used in abundance around Australia, with significant growth in international use in the USA, New Zealand, Chile, Mexico, Argentina and Spain. There are now plans to open new markets in Middle East, China, India and Europe. Tiller + Tiller have just announced their business registration in the Middle East
