115 Bathurst Street, currently plays host to the 1970’s Sydney Water headquarters in a building that under this latest proposal would be razed to make way for a 240m high mixed-use tower.

Included in this proposal is the integration and rejuvenation of the neighbouring, 1939 State Heritage listed Sydney Water headquarters with the new tower cantilevered overhead – a move aimed at capitalising on the sites slim, corner block location whilst enlarging the plate of the residential and commercial tenancy opportunities.
The current proposal will see approximately 70 residential floors with a unique floor plan affording all residences a direct northerly exposure.
