It’s been a defining year for OMVIVO, the Melbourne based, sales, design and manufacturing company.
January 29th, 2008
A wholly owned division of Schiavello since late 2006, OMVIVO is in evolution.
Peter Gaw assumed the management helm (Nov 06), infusing 15 years bathroom industry experience. Inbound too, is Suzie Dyson formerly of Reece (Sept 07), to drive business development. Joseph Licciardi who founded Vetrosystems in 1991, rebranding as OMVIVO in 2002, moved onto another creative venture. In partnership with his wife Rosa Licciardi, a chef, they have opened a restaurant in Carlton – Kin. Licciardi’s signature products for OMVIVO, Le Cob Bath and Washplane® will continue.
Hallmark qualities – innovation and environmental consciousness will underpin 2008 product releases.
New design collaborations set for unveiling include basins and pedestals by Thomas Coward (pictured), accessories by Helen Kontouris and bathroom furniture by Carr Design.
OMVIVO’s new showroom at Schiavello Headquarters is now open, one of many to unfurl globally. Read more about OMVIVO in Indesign Magazine, May 2008.
