Australian bathroom manufacturing company Apaiser are making an impression overseas, teaming up with award winning Singaporean interior design company WOHA to create a new luxury bathroom suite.
The new project, for Alila Hotels in Bangkok, sees Apaiser working with WOHA to manufacture a range of bathtubs and matching vanity sets. Using their unique production technique, Apaiser have been able to create fluid, smooth bath shapes with ease.
“Alila wanted a luxury bathroom suite that was completely unique – we can do that,” Belinda Try from Apaiser says.
The composite stone and fibreglass moulding used by Apaiser are key to the company’s success in luxury and hotel bathroom designs. The stone, a combination of ground marble and mother of pearl, achieves a consistency that is rarely seen in natural stone, making it stronger and more versatile compared with natural stone.
Perhaps more significantly, it is fully customisable - allowing for an endless possibility of designs. This, in combination with the Australian company’s fibreglass moulding technique, have thrust Apaiser onto the international stage, making them one of the leading companies in bathware manufacturing.
