Both the building and the tenancy were built by Northerly Group and designed and documented by Scott Penn Hall Architecture + Interiors in the aim of achieving a minimum 5 star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) and will shortly be submitted for Registration to the GBCA.
Based on Greenstar principles of maximising daylight within an interior environment, the design team led by David Hall (one of SPH’s directors) focused on using light materials and finishes in contrast with bold accents of colour and texture to inject a sense of vitality to the space.
