Laminex Group at Green Cities

Australia's largest sustainable building conference, Green Cities, took place in Melbourne between 27 February and 2 March. Among the exhibitors at the conference was The Laminex Group.

With its excellent range of sustainable product solutions, The Laminex Group’s exhibition stand was a major drawcard at the conference.

“At The Laminex Group, we strongly believe in the importance of supporting the sustainable building industry,” said Group Marketing Manager George Bej.

“We work closely with our partners, the Green Building Council of Australia and the Property Council of Australia, to drive the adoption of sustainable building practices and innovation. Green Cities is the perfect opportunity to demonstrate our support for a greener building industry.”

The Laminex stand at Green Cities demonstrated the possibilities of green design through the theme ‘for greener solutions, look beyond the surface’.

On display were low emission products, certified timber and ecospecifier GreenTag products, all of which contribute to Green Star points.

The Laminex Group continues to prove that architects and specifiers do not have to compromise on their vision to achieve effective design while accruing valuable Green Star points, especially with Laminex’s new ecospecifier certified products.

The Laminex Group is the first organisation in the industry to receive an ecospecifier Green Tag GreenRage Level A certification for this range of products.
