The new studio space for creative agency Host features light fittings from Light Culture.
October 11th, 2011
Host’s new Surry Hills office is a unique and inventive transformation of 3 derelict warehouses into a stylish contemporary space that still reflects the building’s industrial history.
Designers who|design (now merged with Group GSA) chose the Castaldi Sosia Box light, available in Australia through Light Culture, to create a standout feature of the interior.
With its simple, modern design, the Castaldi Sosia Box perfectly complements the studio’s contemporary interior with industrial touches.
The Host boardroom, a focal point of the fit-out, features a long timber boardroom table. Suspended in a row from the high ceiling of the space, Castaldi Sosia Box lights span the length of the room, providing ambient energy-efficient light and visually tying together the office’s interior design elements.
The Castaldi Sosia Box has featured in projects ranging from offices to shopping malls, sports centres to exhibition areas, proving a hit with specifiers for its quality, efficiency and durability.
