Raindance Connect, the new shower system from Hansgrohe makes updating shower handsets straightforward and stylish.
August 5th, 2009
The new minimalist centrepiece from the Hansgrohe shower collection is a smart and efficient way to reinvigorate the handheld showerhead, without any renovation or re-plumbling.
Raindance Connect is a showerpipe system which includes a sleek hand held and corresponding large overhead shower, which fixes easily to the wall with the accompanying bracket. The sleek handheld clicks smoothly into the bracket, enabling water flow through the large wall-mounted showerhead.
Hangrohe’s specialist AirPower technology ensures that the water flow is mixed and saturated with air, to ensure gentle yet powerful drops. The Hangrohe EcoSmart technology also ensures that water flow is controlled, ensuring ecological water use and minimised resource and energy costs.
This specially designed flow control system, featuring a self-deforming precision O-ring which reacts to the flow pressure level, reducing or enlarging the water outlet as required. Water volume consumed remains relatively consistent, independent of the pressure levels.
With this EcoSmart system, water consumption is reduced to 9 litres per minute, significantly less than average disc-shaped overhead showers which generally require more than 20 litres a minute.
Raindance Connect fits into any bathroom and can be retrofitted wherever a shower is already installed, making it perfect for a quick makeover or simple renovation.
