Two highly respected Australian brands have joined forces, with Zenith Interiors bringing the Schamburg + Alvisse furniture range into its collection.
March 1st, 2012
Schamburg + Alvisse launched in 1997 and, in a short time, have made a name for themselves as makers of 100% Australian eco furniture.
Proudly green, the company’s priority is eco-friendly manufacture from the process to end product.
Aesthetically, the brand fuses furniture and sculpture, creating bold, playful pieces that are as tactile as they are visually appealing, asking to be moved around and engaged with.

Their pieces can be seen around the country in iconic public buildings including the Sydney Opera House, the Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne Museum and National Gallery of Australia.
Major public institutions have also been quick to embrace Schamburg + Alvisse’s work – the University of Queensland, Griffith University, Curtin University, University of NSW, Austin Hospital, Perth District Court and the Salvation Army are all home to the brand’s furniture.
Now, Schamburg + Alvisse will be part of the Zenith Interiors family, with Principals Marc Schamburg and Michael Alvisse designing and developing new pieces to add to Zenith’s collection of commercial furniture.
It looks set to be a strong and mutually beneficial partnership. Schamburg + Alvisse will have the backing of Zenith’s showrooms and operations across New Zealand, increasing the reach of their products within the region, and Schamburg + Alvisse will bring their design expertise and experience to Zenith’s culture.
Zenith will be launching Schamburg + Alvisse around Australia and New Zealand in the coming months, with new products to be released in late 2012.
